ARTUR ROGGER – a tribute to the Tyrolean King of Swing narrates the life and work of Artur Rogger, his love for music, and takes you on a journey through the past and the historical events associated with his homeland.
The book includes a CD with historical recordings from the New Orleans Festival 1988, studio recordings from the years 2017/2018, and live recordings from concerts in 2017, 2018, 2019.
Friends and companions of Artur, such as Florian Bramböck, among others, also share their memories and experiences with Artur in the book.
The book will be presented and published on 19/09/2020 at the 6th Boogie & Blues Festival.
