Regular merchandise

The statutory right of withdrawal under Austrian law applies to all regular merchandise items.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Katharina Alber, Larch 3a, 6071 Aldrans, Austria, email: office@boogiekathi.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Signed CDs

Signed CDs cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exception: in the case of demonstrable defects, the CD will be replaced free of charge or refunded within 14 days of receipt.

Event tickets can generally neither be cancelled nor exchanged.
Ticket purchases are binding and excluded from any right of withdrawal.
This also applies if the ticket holder is unable to attend, is ill or has other personal reasons.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, tickets are automatically refunded or remain valid for a replacement date.
