Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you can use the form below or send us a clear statement (for example by email to piano@boogiekathi.com). To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.
Note: tickets for events on a fixed date are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG / § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).
